Lydford Mining Company
1.5 M Tonnes of Limestone Exports by 2025

Lydford Mining Company provides affordable solutions in limestone across the Caribbean and the Americas. In April 2023, I undertook a project to showcase the company's significant contributions to Jamaica's export GDP. By highlighting these contributions, we raised awareness and appreciation for the valuable role their business plays in the economy. Furthermore, our efforts aided in fostering partnerships to support the growth of the business.

Heineken Jamaica
UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour

In 2017, Jamaica was selected as one of the countries in the Latin America and the Caribbean to be part of the worldwide UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour (UCL TT). The four day tour was very important to the Heineken Jamaican brand team because the tour began in Jamaica and set the tone for the rest of the world to follow. Ruud van Nistelrooy, one of the UEFA Champions League's top scorers, graced the local shores as Heineken UCL Trophy Tour brand ambassador with the much-coveted trophy spending time in the island.

Popeyes Jamaica embarked on an exciting initiative during the celebrated Reggae Month 2022, empowering young and vibrant artists through a groundbreaking social media-led activation. This marked the first time such an initiative was undertaken by the brand, emphasising their commitment to supporting and nurturing local talent.

Objectives:

  • Increase brand awareness

  • Increase brand association with music 

  • Leverage the competition to deliver brand message

  • Increase social media followers and engagement

  • Minimum of 30 entrants in the competition

In 2015, TradeWinds Citrus Ltd. sought to boost sales and gain market share in the youth market through its product Freshhh Juice. This initiative coincided with their strategic expansion to diversify its juice/drink options catering to an evolving consumer market. I developed a strategy to drive sales by spearheading their social media-driven 8-week competition. The goal was to boost brand awareness among the target audience (15 - 18 years old) while simultaneously driving significant sales growth.

Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) held its 18th regional Investment & Capital Markets Conference in January, 2023; where the client was the lead local sponsor. JSE's main objective for  the conference was to bring key stakeholders from the finance industry to discuss ideas to develop the sector and foster relationships to encourage growth within the region.

During 2015, I hosted an online series, titled "In the Buzz", that targeted the Caribbean and all of its newsworthy happenings; entertainment, culture, humour, tourism and more. The main objective was to build awareness and capture engagement; so viewers would then share the wonders of the beautiful Caribbean islands.
